July 22, the British government announced further cuts in subsidies for renewable 

energy, including early elimination of government subsidies onshore wind power plants, 

phasing out subsidies for small-scale solar energy projects, renewable energy projects 

to change the way to apply for grants and so on. This program beneficial for taxpayers, 

clean energy enterprises are worried unprofitable.
