From November 30th to December 12th, the twenty-first conference of the parties to the “UN Framework Convention on climate change” was held in Paris. “The Paris agreement” adopted by the Conference, made arrangements for the global response to climate change since 2020, and the Conference agreed to control the increased global average temperature to be within 2 degrees Celsius compared to the Pre- industrial level.
