From 1st December to 14th, the Tenth Conference of the parties of Twentieth 

conference of the parties ,the "Kyoto Protocol" of "The United Nations Framework 

Convention on climate change," was held in Peru, capital of Lima, there were still 

gaps between the final resolution efforts adopted by the conference and the 

expectations of parties, but reached a basic consensus on the elements of draft 

of the 2015 Paris conference.
