The first United Nations Conference on environment was held from June 23th to 27th,

in Nairobi, Kenya. Since then, all members of the United Nations are able to discuss

the global environment and sustainable development issues and make decisions at the

ministerial level. During the First Conference, the 16 resolutions of the improvement of

air quality, combating of illegal trade in wild animals and plants, chemicals and waste

management etc. aspects were proposed.
