3. Principles and Process

Workpieces are put into a closed cycle system where hot wind processed from Exdryer goes through drying tank and absorbs water. Then the damp air enters Exdryer again and is first cooled in heat exchanger. Water is cleared out after the air goes through gas-water separator and condenser for the second cooling procedure. Cold air is exchanged again to hot and dry wind in the drying tank. Workpieces are dried after repeating cycles.

Due to the vaporizing speed on the surface is close to that of inner water movement speed. Dried workpiece thus look and use better without pollution and high energy cost.
