1. Applications Background
During the process of anodic oxidation, the concentration of the bath solution and cation are involved in every step of physiochemical treatment, which has a direct impact on the product quality.
Traditional manual operation, such as sampling and dosing, lacks efficiency and costs more due to its lower accuracy and higher hazard.
Digitization, networking and intelligence are the core technology and inevitable tendency of the revolutionary change in manufacturing, through which enterprises can upgrade and transform.
2. Product Introduction and Features
Aluminum Ion Online Analyzer of Metal Surface Treatment £¨MarAl£© are designed with high-accuracy micro pump, which can provide online measuring of bath solution from chemical waste and anodic oxidation.
Based on advanced measuring principles and methods, MarAl uses high-accuracy pumps to ensure the results. Program logic control unit is also applied to realize automatic operation. Visualized color touch screen and changeable multi-parameters can satisfy different requirement of clients. Solution density measuring module can be selected. The equipment also applies self-diagnosis technology to guarantee the safety issues. In case of emergency, the annunciator will inform staff of the operating status in no time.
MarAl can be used along with Aluminum Ion Separation Equipment£¨SE-Al£©to combine filtration and testing, thus completing the whole process of intellectual management with the guarantee of stability during process and high quality of products.
3. Principles and Process
- Step1: Controlled by PLC, the bath solution to be examined enters the sampling pipe.
- Step2: Sample goes to analysis unit 1 for the first test and treatment, and then goes to unit 2 for the second one.
- Step3: Data output after the default digital model is calculated and verified.
- Step4: Switch to cleansing mode, analysis units and pipes are cleaned by ultra-pure water while waste water is discharged.
- Next batch of solution can be tested from here.
