2. Product Introduction and Features
Online Analyzer of Metal Surface treatment £¨MarTA£©is used for intellectual online analysis of solution concentration in the process of metal surface treatment such as anodic oxidation and electroplating. The device use automatic potentiometric analysis (AES) and dynamic data management (DSM) to measure and analyze concentration online.
The mathematical model analysis£¨DAM£© in MarTA can simulate the real-time dynamics of tested bath solution based on actual operation data input(important producing index and dosage) and produce continuous output.
The equipment can also be connected to BIMS seamlessly, which controls dosage more scientifically with more stable bath concentration and intellectual management.

3. Principles and Process
MarTA use automatic potential titration to analyze bath concentration with the measurement accuracy of up to 2%.
Test results can be optimized by DAM. BIM is seamlessly connected to and dosing system is controlled intellectually. Test results can be output via 4¡20mA signal; data can also be exchanged through RS485, ProfiBus or industrial ethernet.
