1. Applications Background

Both of appearance and functionality of metal surfaces are highly demanded nowadays, which results in more and more complicated processing. A general process of anodizing requires chemical polishing, oxidization, desmut, degreasing, sealing etc., during which metal surfaces must remain clean and active without oxidants or impurities. In order to remain such state, first acid is used to remove oxides on the surface of articles, and then water is used to wash out the remaining acid. Articles can enter the next process only when washed thoroughly. This traditional treatment process consumes enormous amount of water, which leads to problems like:

  • Increase producing cost;
  • Increase water preparation facility and maintenance cost;
  • Increase wastewater control (pH, Cl-, PO43-, NO32-, COD) and chemical (eg. NaOH) treatment cost;
  • Increase water consumption cost.

2. Product Introduction and Features

RINSE WATER RECYCLING SYSTEM£¨ReWater£©is the solution to these problems.

After first categorizing rinse water, ReWater then uses the most precise way to remove small amount of inorganic acid radical ion, cation, solid impurities and organic matter. This technique relies on DE resin module technology, which makes rinse water reusable and remarkably reduces producing cost.

With electric conductivity detection, ReWater can also meet different water discharge standard thus satisfying different recycling requirement. Under normal configuration, the electric conductivity of discharged water is 10¦Ìs/cm. With the application of DE resin module or exchanger, the electric conductivity is reduced to 1-5¦Ìs/cm.

3. Principles and Process

Rinse water is collected according to its composition in the tank. With solid particles filtered and ions removed from rinse water using DE resin module, electric conductivity of discharged water can qualify manufacturing standards.
